Carol Teal and David Joyce have been blending their voices and music since 1997 and their combined efforts reflect a variety of moods, tempos, styles and topics.  Performing mostly original songs, they chronicle the joys and sorrows of life as well as carrying on the troubadour's role of critical commentary on society today!  For a change of pace they often throw in a few traditional folk songs flavoured with a variety of instruments.  Dave accompanies on 6 and 12 string guitars, banjo and harmonica.  Carol plays guitar, mandolin, and bass (and an occasional washboard!).

Their second CD, “Some Things You Do for Love”,  released in May 2005, was produced and recorded by Paul Mills whose skill and experience captured the essence of their live performance.  Dave and Carol were joined on the CD by superb musicians Tom Leighton,  Dennis Pendrith and Curly Boy Stubbs.   Paul also produced the duo’s first CD, “Simple Pleasures”, released in June 2000.

A little laughter, a little blues, served up with love and compassion for our human state.  Carol and David’s performance has something for everyone in their audience.
